การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the exploratory components factor of professional school administrators in digital age of school administrators in the digital age under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample groups were school administrators and teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 using the sample size determination of Comp - AL., & Lee determined that the sample of 300 people and increased the sample by approximately 15 percent, which is 45 people bbecause it is expected that approximately 70 – 90 percent of the questionnaires will be returned, totaling 345 people. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax Rotation. The finding of this research revealed that components professional school administrators in digital age of school administrators in the digital age under Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had 4 components including driving educational institutions with technology and innovation, creating a digital culture in education, leadership and use strategies for managing educational institutions and technology leadership.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 โดยใช้การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของคอมลีย์ กำหนดว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน และได้ทำการเพิ่มจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างประมาณร้อยละ 15 คือ 45 คน เนื่องจากคาดว่าจะได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนประมาณร้อยละ 70 – 90 รวม 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีสกัดองค์ประกอบหลัก หลังหมุนแกนแบบมุมฉาก ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล ของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม การสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา การมีภาวะผู้นำและใช้กลยุทธ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา และการเป็นผู้นำในการใช้เทคโนโลยี
