ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the needs assessment of learning management competency of science teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. The samples were 32 science teachers from The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun acquired by Stratified Random Sampling. The tool used for data was 5 rating scale questionnaires 41 items about the reality, and expected of the characteristics of science teachers secondary schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. The data was analyzed by means, standard derivation (SD) and arranged priority by Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The second step was the study of guidelines of skills competency of science teachers’ development under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. The data was collected by using interviewing method was held by the 4 qualified experts. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The results were shown that:

1. The study of needs index (PNImodified) of learning management competency of science teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun found that the highest score of the Priority Needs Index was the science curriculum development and the planning of learning management aspect, followed by the Management of learning according to the concept of the nature of science. And the Child-centered learning. respectively

2. the study of guidelines of skills competency of science teachers’ development under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. Found that the Educational Service Area Office should provide training. Workshop for development of science learning management competency. The administrators of educational institutions must encourage science teachers to participate in training and supervise and monitor science curriculum development. and science teachers should study from learning resources and participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) in order to develop science teachers' learning management competencies

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 201 คนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ ข้อมูลได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1.ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ ในภาพรวมพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์ มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ และด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ พบว่า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาควรจัดอบรม ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ซึ่งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องส่งเสริมให้ครูวิทยาศาสตร์เข้าร่วมการอบรมและนิเทศติดตามการพัฒนาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์ และครูวิทยาศาสตร์ควรศึกษาจากแหล่งเรียนรู้และร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนในชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (PLC) เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้
