ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรส่วนท้องถิ่น จังกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study needs and guidelines development for early childhood teacher's competency of school under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet. Consisting of 3 competencies which were 1) knowledge competencies 2) Skills competencies and 3) attribute competencies. The research methodology consisted of 2 steps. The first step was to study needs development for early childhood teacher's competency of school under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet. The sample consisted of 64 early childhood teachers under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet, selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the needs of development competency of early childhood teachers. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and arranged priority by Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI). The second step was to study of guidelines for the development of early childhood teachers competency under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet. The informants were 4 experts, selected by purposive sampling. The in-depth interview was used for collecting information. The data were statistically analyzed using content analysis. The research results were as follows:

1. Results of a study of needs development for early childhood teacher's competency of school under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet, it was found that the highest score of the Priority Needs Index was the knowledge competencies, followed by the skills competencies and the attribute competencies.

2. Results of a study of guidelines for the development of early childhood teachers competency under local administrative Kamphaeng Phet, it was found that the local administrative Kamphaeng Phet should produce manuals and setup the seminars and workshops for teachers to develop themselves and gain more knowledge and understanding of early childhood children. School administrators should set policies for all teachers to analyze individual learners to correct and promote early childhood development, encouraging teachers to constantly develop their work and develop themselves, promote technology workshops and follow up the performance. Teachers should learn the new knowledge by themselves and bring the knowledge of new technologies gained from the training in online media to develop and create innovative works.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 สมรรถนะ คือ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ และสมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครูปฐมวัย โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 64 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ และสมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร พบว่า องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นควรจัดทำคู่มือ จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้กับครูทุกคนได้พัฒนาตนเองและมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเด็กปฐมวัยมากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรกำหนดนโยบายให้ครูทุกคนวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคลเพื่อแก้ไขและส่งเสริมพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย มีการกระตุ้นให้ครูพัฒนางานและพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ ส่งเสริมการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ มีการนิเทศติดตามผลการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ อีกทั้งครูควรมีการศึกษาหาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ ด้วยตนเอง นำความรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ที่ได้จากการอบรม สื่อออนไลน์ทุกช่องทาง มาพัฒนาและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานด้านนวัตกรรม
