การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ในช่วงวิกฤติการณ์ COVID-19 เพื่อส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research included 1) to develop and determine the effectiveness of economics learning activities by using online coaching process during COVID-19 crisis to enhance financial literacy for eighth grade students according to the efficiency criteria of 75/75. 2) to compare students’ financial literacy before and after learning with economics learning activities by using online coaching process, and 3) to study students’ opinion towards economics learning activities by using online coaching process. The researcher followed the research processes of research and development. The sample consisted of 40 students of eighth grade who studied in the second semester of academic year 2021 from Phitsanulok Pittayakom school. The sample of students was selected by using Cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research were 1) Economics learning activities by using online coaching process 2) Financial literacy test, and 3) The assessment form of the students after learning. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Dependent Sample t-test.

The results indicated that:

1) Economics learning activities by using online coaching process during COVID-19 crisis to enhance financial literacy for eighth grade students applied the 6C Model team coaching process together with GROW Model by providing teaching and learning through an online platform. The efficiency was 75.56/76.30 which met the specified criteria.

2) Eighth grade students have financial literacy after learning with economics learning activities by using online coaching process during COVID-19 crisis to enhance financial literacy for eight grade students. The post-test scores of the participants were higher than pre-test scores with statistical significance level of .05.

3) Eighth grade students’ opinion after learning with economics learning activities by using online coaching process during COVID-19 crisis found that students were knowledgeable about the methods and procedures for setting financial goals. To use errors that occur during activities as a guideline for managing money in a way that is appropriate for one's own financial conditions. They also recognize the importance of financial intelligence and how important it is to oneself. It is the result of a coaching activity that reflects to students that setting financial goals results in the person having that goal being financially successful.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ในช่วงวิกฤติการณ์ COVID-19เพื่อส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ ดำเนินการวิจัยตามกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2564 โรงเรียนพิษณุโลกพิทยาคม จำนวน 40 คน โดยได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ 2) แบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงิน และ 3) แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นหลังร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐาน t-test แบบ Dependent

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ในช่วงวิกฤติการณ์ COVID-19 เรื่อง การออมและการลงทุน เพื่อส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการโค้ชทีม 6C Model ร่วมกับ GROW Model โดยมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 75.56/76.30 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้

2. นักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ในช่วงวิกฤติการณ์ COVID-19 เรื่อง การออมและการลงทุน เพื่อส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงิน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการโค้ชออนไลน์ในช่วงวิกฤติการณ์ COVID-19 พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการและขั้นตอนการตั้งเป้าหมายหมายทางการเงิน มองเห็นแนวทางในการนำข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการทำกิจกรรมมาเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเงินในรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพการเงินของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความฉลาดรู้ทางการเงินว่ามีความสำคัญกับตนเองมากน้อยเพียงใด เป็นผลมาจากกิจกรรมการโค้ชที่สะท้อนให้นักเรียนเห็นว่าการตั้งเป้าหมายทางการเงินส่งผลให้บุคคลที่มีเป้าหมายนั้นประสบความสำเร็จในด้านการเงิน
