ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือด ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลไม่ได้

Abstract

This quasi-experiment research involves a two-group design and aims at identifying the effects of self-management promotion program using LINE application on health behavior and A1C levels in uncontrolled diabetes patients. The research was conducted with sixty type 2 uncontrolled diabetic patients and divided into two groups; thirty for experimental group and thirty for control group by using purposive sampling. The experimental group had received the self-management promotion program of nursing care and modifying of health behavior and A1C Levels for 12 weeks, while the control group had received conventional nursing care. The research instruments were a self-management promotion program using LINE application and a questionnaire on health behavior that has investigated by five experts with the content validity index at the level of 0.80 and Crobach’s alpha coefficient at the level of 0.8 which indicating high reliability. Number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and independent t-test were used for data analyzing.

The findings revealed a significant improve of the experimental group in health behaviors and A1C levels at the level of p<.001, after participated the self-management promotion program. The average score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group at the level of p<.001. This study indicated that the self-management promotion program was impacted and can be modified health behavior and reduced A1C levels of type 2 uncontrolled diabetic patients. Therefore, it should be further study on applying application for promoting health behavior with diabetes patients.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือดของกลุ่มทดลองก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ และระหว่างกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุมหลังได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่ควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดไม่ได้จำนวน 60 คน คัดเลือกอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองจำนวน 30 ราย และกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวน 30 ราย กลุ่มทดลองเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ ระยะเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมให้การพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.80 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.80 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติ Paired t-test และ Independent t-test

ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีพฤติกรรมการสุขภาพและระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือดหลังการทดลองดีกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสุขภาพและระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือดหลังการทดลอง ของกลุ่มทดลองดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่าการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองโดยใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน ส่งผลให้ระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือดลดลงได้เป็นอย่างดี ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานต่อไปได้
