การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง ความคล้าย ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3

Abstract

This qualitative action research aims to 1) study how to teach by using an experiential learning approach and mathematical tasks and 2) examine mathematical connection ability in the Similarity concepts of 40 ninth grade students in a high school in Phichit Province. Research instruments were lesson plans, reflective journals, the mathematical connection ability test, observations, and worksheets. This action research consists of 3 cycles, each comprising steps of 1) planning, 2) acting, 3) observing, and 4) reflecting. Content analysis was used to analyze the data, and method triangulation was used for data credibility. The research results showed that 1) teaching by experiential learning approach and mathematical tasks have four steps: 1) Experiences, 2) Organizing analysis, 3) Generalizing, and 4) Applying.Teacher must concern choosing learning situations that are powerfully interesting and/or relating to the student's direct experience; using a wide range of mathematics tasks; and probing students’ conceptions and understanding of tasks by questions periodically. Then the teaching strategies helped the students improve their mathematical connection ability. Also, 2) They related the similarity concepts to daily life situations, other mathematical concepts, and other subjects respectively.

การวิจัยปฏิบัติการเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์ และ 2) ศึกษาพัฒนาการทางทักษะการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง ความคล้าย เมื่อจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์ ให้กับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ณ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ บันทึกสะท้อนผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบวัดทักษะในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ แบบสังเกตการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์ และใบกิจกรรม งานวิจัยนี้มี 3 วงจรปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งแต่ละวงจรประกอบไปด้วย ขั้นวางแผน ขั้นปฏิบัติ ขั้นสังเกต ขั้นสะท้อนผล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์ มีขั้นตอน 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 การสร้างประสบการณ์ ขั้นที่ 2 การสะท้อนการเรียนรู้ ขั้นที่ 3 การสรุปองค์ความรู้ และขั้นที่ 4 การประยุกต์ ซึ่งแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ครูควรเลือกใช้สถานการณ์ที่มีความน่าสนใจหรือใกล้เคียงกับประสบการณ์ของนักเรียน เลือกใช้งานทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่หลากหลายระดับ และคอยใช้คำถามกระตุ้นและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเป็นระยะ ๆ จะช่วยให้นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการด้านทักษะการเชื่อมโยงได้ 2) นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการในการเชื่อมโยงคณิตศาสตร์กับชีวิตประจำวันมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ การเชื่อมโยงภายในคณิตศาสตร์ และการเชื่อมโยงคณิตศาสตร์กับศาสตร์อื่น ตามลำดับ
