การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐานร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เพื่อส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เรื่องระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study how to use a method and study the results of using the method of context-based learning with social network for enhance health literacy about immune system of Mattayom 5 students. This research is action research with 3 cycles of process. The target population was 40 of Mattayom 5 students who were studying in academic year 2021 in a school in Kamphaengphet. The instruments used were lesson plans, lesson reflection forms, activity sheets and assessment forms of health literacy. Data was analyzed using data triangulation to analyze the content and qualitative reliability. The findings showed that context-based learning with social network method should focus on interesting situations their daily life and could encourage and motivate the students to learn. The result of the health literacy assessment was that the students’ health literacy was respectively enhanced from cycle 1 to cycle 3 of the process. The aspects of students’ health literacy improved the most were an access skill, a cognitive skill and a self-management skill; secondly, there were a media literacy skill and a decision skill. The least improved aspect was a communication skill.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้และผล การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐานร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เพื่อส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เรื่องระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 วิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยปฏิบัติการ 3 วงจรปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบสะท้อนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ใบกิจกรรม และแบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐานร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการเลือกสถานการณ์ที่มีความน่าสนใจ อยู่ในชีวิตประจำวันของผู้เรียน สามารถกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนมีความสนใจที่จะศึกษา สำหรับผลการประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า นักเรียนมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้นตามลำดับจากวงจรปฏิบัติการที่ 1 ถึง 3 โดยองค์ประกอบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่นักเรียนพัฒนามากที่สุด คือ การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง รองลงมา คือ การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ การตัดสินใจเพื่อการปฏิบัติ และลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ทักษะการสื่อสาร
