การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่อง ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 4

Abstract

There were two objectives of this research. The first was to study the various environmental issues in the Sappraiwan community of Wang Thong Sub-district, Phitsanulok Province. The second was to develop learning activities on environmental issues to promote the core competencies of students in the 4th grade. As well, questions were asked about how these issues impact the local economy, and local tourism. This research was qualitative research and the research tools for data collection comprised an in-depth interview, a learning plan, and a performance evaluation form. The key informants consisted of government agencies, villagers, teachers, and students, who were selected by purposive sampling. The data analysis was based on conclusive analysis.

The results revealed that 1) the current environmental issues of the Sappraiwan community was land utilization, water resources, and waste management. These issues were seen to have an adverse impact on the local economy and tourism in the area. 2) analysis of the development process of the learning activities and the learning activities themselves showed that the current state of learning management in the community and the school included problems of preparing for learning management, organization of school activities, and teaching techniques. To address these problems, learning activities on environmental issues were developed to promote the core competencies of students in the 4th grade. These learning activities, titled "I am... a Teenager with a Green Heart.", were suitable for both the students and teachers, and appropriate teaching instruments were able to be developed, together with three measurement and evaluation techniques. The Body of Knowledge indicates that environmental problems arise from various lifestyle factors so it is necessary that the development of students' comprehension and knowledge should include multiple activities that address issues in daily life.

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านต่าง ๆ ของชุมชนทรัพย์ไพรวัลย์ ตำบลวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้เกิดการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะหลักของนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 4 งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 2) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และ 3) แบบประเมินสมรรถนะ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ บุคลากรในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ชาวบ้านในชุมชน ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนและผู้เรียน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสร้างข้อสรุป

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนทรัพย์ไพรวัลย์ ได้แก่ การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน การใช้ประโยชน์จากแหล่งน้ำและการบริหารจัดการขยะ ซึ่งสาเหตุมาจากการดำเนินกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยว 2) ผลการพัฒนากิจกรรมและผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ปัญหาการเตรียมการจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดกิจกรรมของสถานศึกษาและการใช้เทคนิควิธีการสอน ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงได้พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะหลักของนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 4 คือ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ “ความจริงแล้วผม คือ..วัยรุ่นหัวใจสีเขียว” การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีในด้านผู้เรียน ผู้สอน สื่อการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัย คือ ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมเกิดจากปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการดำรงชีวิตของสิ่งมีชีวิตและการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนควรเป็นกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายและสามารถนำไปใช้ได้กับการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันได้
