รูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a management model for scout activities to promote citizenship of the senior scouts in schools under the office of the basic education commission. The research was carried out in 3 steps as follows:1) factor analysis of citizenship characteristics and guideline for management of scout activities to promote citizenship of senior scouts by surveying the opinions of 309 school administrators and the senior scout directors, analyze by mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis. Study guideline for management of scout activities from 3 best practice schools and interview 5 educational experts, analyze data by content analysis. 2) creating and validating appropriateness of scout activities management model to promote citizenship for senior scouts by making draft and focus group discussion with 9 experts. The research instrument used was the model suitability check form. 3) assessment of feasibility and usefulness of scout activities management model to promote citizenship of senior scouts by 291 school administrators. The research instrument used was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research found that the scout activities management model to promote citizenship of senior scout consisted of 3 components as follows: 1) the inputs of scout activities management, 2) the management process of senior scout activities, and 3) citizenship characteristics of senior scouts. The results for assessment of management model for scout activities to promote citizenship of the senior scouts was found that the feasibility was at the highest level and the usefulness was at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองและแนวทางการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ โดยการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ จำนวน 309 คน โดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือโรงเรียนที่มีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ โดยผู้วิจัยยกร่างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยนำเข้าในการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือ 2) กระบวนการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ และ 3) คุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
