รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the states and problems in the instructional management of global citizenship in general education courses of Thai higher education institutes 2) study the guidelines for learning management in general education courses for enhancing global citizenship characteristics of undergraduate students in Thai higher education institutions and 3) create and present model of learning management in general education courses for enhancing global citizenship characteristics of undergraduate students in Thai higher education institutions. The research designs in this study was qualitative research. The data was collected by in-depth Interview and focus group discussion and analyzed by content analysis.

The findings are: 1) Current situation and problems in learning management about global citizenship in general education subjects of Thai higher education institutions consisted of 1.1) In terms of Learner, it was found that the learners lacked understanding of the purpose of learning. Therefore, the emphasis is placed on the grades of the subjects rather than the knowledge gained, lack of adaptation, lack of inspiration and lack of open-mindedness including the basic knowledge and understanding of different learners. 1.2) In terms of teachers, it was found that the teachers had different standards of knowledge and experience. Too attached to specialized knowledge. There is quite a lot of teaching workload and lack of interaction including listening to learners' opinions. 1.3) In terms of teaching and learning management, it was found that there were too many learners and there were not enough teachers for the number of learners. As a result, teaching management is limited in various activities and mainly focuses on lectures. which is not interesting and does not meet the needs of learners. 1.4) In terms of measurement and evaluation, it was found that the measurement and evaluation were not consistent with the course objectives. which mainly focuses on knowledge of the main necessity as well as different teachers' measurement and evaluation standards. 1.5) In terms of environment and support, it was found that the classrooms were large and had a large number of students. As a result, the atmosphere in the classroom is not conducive to learning. and system problems used for online teaching 2) The guidelines for learning management in general education courses for enhancing global citizenship characteristics of undergraduate students in Thai higher education institutions from this study are ASPIRE, consisting of: A = Activity, S = Skills, P = Participation, I = Integration, R = Readiness, and E = Environment.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความเป็นพลเมืองโลกในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย และ 3) เพื่อสร้างและนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย ซึ่งใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) และจากการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความเป็นพลเมืองโลกในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย ประกอบด้วย 1.1) ด้านผู้เรียน พบว่า ผู้เรียนขาดความเข้าใจถึงจุดมุ่งหมายของการเรียนจึงมักให้ความสำคัญกับคะแนนในรายวิชามากกว่าความรู้ที่จะได้รับขาดการปรับตัว ขาดแรงบันดาลใจ และขาดการเปิดใจยอมรับ รวมถึงพื้นฐานความรู้ความเข้าใจที่มีความแตกต่างกันของผู้เรียน 1.2) ด้านผู้สอน พบว่า ผู้สอนมีมาตรฐานความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน มีความยึดติดศาสตร์เฉพาะทางมากเกินไป มีภาระงานสอนที่ค่อนข้างมาก และขาดการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์รวมถึงการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียน 1.3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีจำนวนมากเกินไปและมีผู้สอนที่ไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้เรียน ส่งผลทำให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนมีข้อจำกัดในการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และส่วนใหญ่เน้นการบรรยายเป็นหลัก ซึ่งไม่เป็นที่น่าสนใจและไม่ตอบโจทย์ตามความต้องการของผู้เรียน 1.4) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล พบว่า การวัดและประเมินผลยังไม่สอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของรายวิชา ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เน้นที่ความรู้ความจำเป็นหลัก รวมถึงมาตรฐานการวัดและประเมินผลของผู้สอนที่แตกต่างกัน และ 1.5) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งสนับสนุน พบว่า ห้องเรียนมีขนาดใหญ่และมีผู้เรียนเป็นจำนวนมาก ส่งผลทำให้บรรยากาศในชั้นเรียนไม่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ และปัญหาระบบที่ใช้สำหรับการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ 2) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ASPIRE ประกอบด้วย A = Activity (ฝึกการปฏิบัติ) S = Skills (เสริมสร้างทักษะ) P = Participation (สร้างความร่วมมือ) I = Integration (บูรณาการเชื่อมโยง) R = Readiness (ความพร้อมของผู้เรียน) และ E = Environment (การจัดสภาพแวดล้อม) 3) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทย คือ BEAR MODEL ประกอบด้วย Believe = เชื่อ (เชื่อในหลักการและแนวคิด) Expect = หวัง (หวังผลตามจุดมุ่งหมาย) Aspire = มุ่ง (มุ่งมั่นตามแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้) และ Result = ผล (ผลลัพธ์สู่การเป็นพลเมืองโลก)
