รูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

Abstract

This research was applied with research and development methodology aiming to develop a model for managing sports facilities of Rajabhat Universities. The research purposes were as follows: 1) to study the conditions and guidelines for the management of sports facilities of Rajabhat Universities; 2) to establish and examine the management model of sports facilities of Rajabhat Universities; and 3) to assess the feasibility of management model of Rajabhat Universities’ sports facilities.

The procedures for conducting this research were three-fold, consisting of: 1) studying the conditions and guidelines for the management of sports facilities of Rajabhat Universities by analysing and synthesizing the obtained results as well as reviewing relevant literatures and researches, investigating opinions of administrators and users from 20 Rajabhat Universities towards the management of sports facilities; studying guidelines on management of sports facilities of Rajabhat Universities by consulting with 3 experts in the field; studying cases of good practices on sports facilities management from two Rajabhat Universities to analyse the data using content analysis; 2) creating and examining the models of Rajabhat Universities’ sports facilities management University based on the information obtained from Step 1 in order to create a draft of the Rajabhat Universities’ sports facilities management model as well as assessing the suitability of the model through a group discussion participated by 9 experts; and 3) evaluating the feasibility of implementing a sports facility management model of Rajabhat Universities based on the information gained from opinion questionnaires responded by Rajabhat Universities’ administrators and practitioners responsible for sports facilities management. The statistics used to analyse the data included Mean and Standard Deviation.

The findings were as follows.

1. The conditions and guidelines for Rajabhat Universities’ sports facilities management were of a good standard.

2. The developed model of sports facility management of Rajabhat Universities was made of 3 components: 1) inputs, consisting of personnel, budget, materials, equipment and facilities. Management, and marketing mix; 2) managerial processes, containing planning, organization, leadership, and control; and 3) productivity, students, personnel and individuals taking part in physical exercises and sports.

3. The assessment of the feasibility of the implementation and the practicality of the developed sports facilities management model of Rajabhat Universities were at a high level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. ศึกษาสภาพ และแนวทางการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2. สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และ3. ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ และแนวทางการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยนำผลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ ร่วมกับเอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจากผู้บริหารและผู้ใช้บริการสนามกีฬา จำนวน 20 แห่ง ศึกษาแนวทางเกี่ยวกับการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 2 มหาวิทยาลัย นำมาการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบฯด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำของรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏไปใช้ โดยการทำแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพ และแนวทางการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ อยู่ในระดับดี

2. รูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยนำเข้า ประกอบด้วย ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการจัดการ และด้านส่วนผสมทางการตลาด 2) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การนำ การควบคุม 3) ผลผลิต นักศึกษา บุคลากรและประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการออกกำลังกายและกีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพ

3. การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางกีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก
