การพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี แผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) To develop the activity for supporting the bilateral education management system of the Mechanic department (High Vocational Certificate) of Industrial and Community Education College by using participatory action research (PAR). 2) To take lesson learning of success factors in the development of bilateral education management system of Mechanic department (High vocational certificate) of Industrial and Community Education College by using participatory action research (PAR). There are three steps of research methodologies: 1) Preparation step, information providers include: researcher, co-researcher and developer amount of 9 persons 2) Operating step and 3) Lesson learning step, information providers include researcher, co-researcher, developer, establishment, and community amount of 38 persons. The results of the research are indicated that follows.

1. The results of the development of activity for supporting the bilateral education management system development found that the operation process was a project of development of activity for supporting the bilateral management system of the Mechanic department (High vocational certificate students) of Industrial and Community Education College by using participative action research. There are six sub-activities. 1) participation in stakeholders 2) excellence in the agreed field of work 3) working skills 4) the performance of foreign language of students for the field of work 5) the development of moral and ethical aspects of vocational students and 6) the promotion of academic of students achievement.

2. The result of lesson learning was found the success factors of the development of activity for supporting the bilateral vocational education management system of Mechanic Department (High Vocational Certificate) of Industrial and Community Education college. By using participatory action research (PAR). Including the internal factors where the academy administrators have a great attitudes toward bilateral teaching-learning management. Give a solution and policy of development of activity for supporting the bilateral vocational education management system of institution. Instructors are attentive in teaching management with a follow-up supervision, coordinate to solve problems of learners with any establishment. The learners have the wishes and cooperate with learning. The external factors were parents' understanding and trust in teaching and learning in the bilateral vocational education management system. The Establishments have given a cooperation in terms of human resourcing, training materials, technology, and the development of learners in vocational skills and the necessary skills for working. The government is involved in supporting teaching and learning management and participating in professional competence testing for learners. The office of the Vocational Education Commission, continuously has a policy to support the bilateral vocational education management system.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี แผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) เพื่อถอดบทเรียนปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ในการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี แผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย มี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นเตรียมการ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัย ผู้ร่วมวิจัย และนักพัฒนา จำนวน 9 คน 2) ขั้นดำเนินงาน และ 3) ขั้นการถอดบทเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัย ผู้ร่วมวิจัย นักพัฒนา สถานประกอบการ และชุมชน จำนวน 38 คน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้

1. ผลการดำเนินการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี พบว่า กระบวนการในการดำเนินการ ได้แก่ โครงการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี แผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีกิจกรรมย่อย 6 กิจกรรม ประกอบด้วย 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 2) การพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศในสาขางานที่ตกลงร่วมกัน 3) การพัฒนาทักษะที่เอื้อในการทำงาน 4) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะภาษาต่างประเทศ และเทคโนโลยีที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้เรียน 5) การพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษา และ 6) การส่งเสริมผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน

2. ผลการถอดบทเรียน พบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการดำเนินการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี แผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วย ด้านปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เป็นผู้มีทัศนคติที่ดีในเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนระบบทวิภาคี มีการมอบแนวทางนโยบายในการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษาที่มีความชัดเจนและต่อเนื่อง ครูผู้สอน มีความเอาใจใส่ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีการนิเทศติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิด ประสานงานความร่วมมือ และร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาผู้เรียนกับสถานประกอบการเป็นอย่างดี ผู้เรียน มีความประสงค์ และให้ความร่วมมือในการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครอง มีความเข้าใจ และไว้วางใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนระบบทวิภาคีมากขึ้น สถานประกอบการ ให้ความร่วมมือในด้านบุคลากร ด้านวัสดุฝึก ด้านเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาผู้เรียนในด้านทักษะอาชีพ และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการทำงานเป็นอย่างดี หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องในการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ร่วมการทดสอบสมรรถนะอาชีพแก่ผู้เรียนเป็นอย่างดี สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา หน่วยงานต้นสังกัด มีนโยบายให้การสนับสนุนในการจัดการเรียนการสอนระบบทวิภาคีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
