ความสำเร็จของผลการดำเนินงาน ภายใต้ทรัพยากรโลจิสติกส์ที่มีความโดดเด่นกับความสามารถของธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ของประเทศไทย

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a model for the structural relationship of the factors that influence firm performance in order to determine the operational guidelines for the success of logistics service business. This study was based on a literature review related to resource management within a resource-based theory framework and rely on mixed research methods of quantitative and qualitative research. Data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured interview forms, which were examined by qualified experts and Naresuan University Human Ethics Committee. These data collection tools were applied to representatives of logistics service providers, who were certified to international standards. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with confirmatory factor analysis and content analysis methods for integrating data were used in the data analysis.

The results of this study showed that logistic service providers who could prosper in their business needed to rely on the improvement and development of a quality management system, especially in the aspect of logistics service capability. This meaned holistic management that created a linkage of work processes within the organization to be in line with the work systems of stakeholders outside the organization to be the same standard, along with the support and availability of salient logistics resources that are in line with the practical application that created added value in the business. As a result, the logistics service business could increase the working potential of organizations and personnel in Thailand.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงโครงสร้างสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อใช้กำหนดแนวทางในการดำเนินงานสู่ความสำเร็จของธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ ศึกษาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทรัพยากรด้วยมุมมองฐานทรัพยากร และใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม เริ่มจากการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างที่ผ่านคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมในมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร นำไปใช้กับตัวแทนของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันกับวิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาในการบูรณาการข้อมูลร่วมกันในการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์จะเติบโตทางธุรกิจได้ จะต้องอาศัยการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบบริหารงานที่มีคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะทางด้านความสามารถในการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ เป็นการบริหารงานแบบองค์รวมที่ทำให้เกิดการเชื่อมโยงกระบวนการทำงานในองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับระบบการทำงานของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียนอกองค์กรให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน พร้อมกับได้รับแรงสนับสนุนและมีความพร้อมของทรัพยากรโลจิสติกส์ที่มีความโดดเด่น ที่สอดรับกับการนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานจริงที่ทำให้เกิดมูลค่าเพิ่มในทางธุรกิจ อันจะส่งผลให้ธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์สามารถเพิ่มศักยภาพการทำงานให้แก่องค์กรและบุคลากรของประเทศไทย
