รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present a model for developing administrator’s instructional leadership in the digital age. The research was conducted in 3 steps as follows: 1) a study of elements and guidelines for developing administrator’s instructional leadership in the digital age from the analysis of relevant research papers Interviews with administrators of 3 schools with best practices and interviews with 4 qualified persons by purposive sampling and data analysis by content analysis. 2) creating and examining a model for developing instructional leadership in the digital age of basic school administrator. The model was examined by 9 experts and the data was analyzed by content analysis. 3) assessment of a model for developing administrator’s instructional leadership in the digital age. The sample group was 293 administrators and the director of the Educational Service Area Office by multi-stage sampling. Data were analyzed using average statistics and standard deviation.

The research showed that a model for developing administrator’s instructional leadership in the digital age consisted of 3 components: 1st Component instructional leadership component in the digital age. 2nd Component methods for developing instructional leadership in the digital age and 3rd Component the process of developing instructional leadership in the digital age. The results of the suitability assessment of a model for developing administrator's instructional leadership in the digital age, the experts agreed that the model is appropriate. The evaluation of the utility and feasibility were at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบ และแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตรวจสอบรูปแบบ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 293 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วิธีการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล และผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
