รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence. The research method is divided into 4 steps as follows: Step 1: A study of components and guidelines for developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence consisted of 3 sub-stages. Step 1.1 Study of components for developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence by synthesizing documents. Step 1.2 Study of guidelines for developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence by interviewing experts. Step 1.3 Study of guidelines for developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence by studying from Best-Practice schools. Step 1.4 A summary of the study of components and guidelines for developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence. Step 2: Creating and reviewing the appropriateness of the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence consisted of 2 sub-stages. Step 2.1 Draft a model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence. Step 2.2 Examine the suitability of the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence by a focus group discussion. Step 3: Assess the feasibility and the usefulness of the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence.

The results showed that the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence consisted of 3 components: Component 1, Input Factors consisted of 1.1 Business Administration, 1.2 Development Budget, and 1.3 Development Method. Component 2, Process consisted of Step 1: Development Plan, Step 2: Implementation, Step 3: Monitoring, Step 4: Assessment, and Step 5: Improvement Component 3, Outcomes - Private Schools Persistence consisted of 3.1 the satisfaction of parents and communities and 3.2 the efficiency of financial management. The results of the suitability assessment of the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence, the experts agreed that the model is appropriate. The results of the feasibility assessment and the usefulness assessment of the model of developing business management perspective for school administrators to promote the schools persistence, from the chairman of the coordinating committee and promoting private education in each province, confirmed that feasibility is high and the usefulness is also high.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นย่อย ขั้นที่ 1.1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ขั้นที่ 1.2 การศึกษาแนวทางทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นที่ 1.3 การศึกษาแนวทางทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยศึกษาจากโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ขั้นที่ 1.4 สรุปผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นย่อย ขั้นที่ 2.1 การยกร่างรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ขั้นที่ 2.2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ 1.1 การจัดการเชิงธุรกิจ 1.2 งบประมาณการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร 1.3 วิธีการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการ ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 วางแผนการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ดำเนินตามแผนการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นิเทศติดตามการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร ขั้นตอนที่ 5 นำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุงการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ผลลัพธ์ (ความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน) ได้แก่ 3.1 ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและชุมชน 3.2 ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารการเงิน ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชนผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการเชิงธุรกิจเพื่อส่งเสริมความคงอยู่ของโรงเรียนเอกชน ประธานผู้ประสานงานโรงเรียนเอกชนประจำจังหวัดมีความเห็นว่ามีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก
