รูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools. The research was divided into three steps including Step 1: A study of guidelines for building a network of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools. This consisted of step 1.1 a study of the guidelines for building a network of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools by synthesizing documents; step 1.2 a study of the guidelines for building a network of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools by Interviewing experts; Step 1.3 a study of the guidelines for building a network of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools by studying best practice schools. Step 2: The creation and checking of the appropriateness of a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools consisted of Step 2.1 drafting a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools. Step 2.2 checking the appropriateness of a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools by interviewing experts. And step 3 Evaluation of the feasibility of a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools by the administrators of private Chinese language schools.

The results showed that a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools consists of 3 components: 1) Inputs including cooperation network agency, characteristics of the cooperation network, budget, and scope of cooperation 2) Processes including cooperation planning, Implementation of the cooperation plan, supervision of cooperation, cooperation assessment, and using the assessment results to improve cooperation 3) Outputs including student and Chinese teachers. The results of checking the appropriateness of a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools found that the opinions of the expert were the model is appropriate. The results of evaluating the feasibility of a model of cooperation in educational organizations for improving Chinese language teaching in Private schools found that the private Chinese language school administrators thought that the feasibility was at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ในการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1.1 การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ขั้นที่ 1.2 การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นที่ 1.3 การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยศึกษาจากโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 2.1 การยกร่างรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ขั้นที่ 2.2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยนำเข้า ประกอบด้วย หน่วยงานเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ลักษณะของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ งบประมาณ และขอบข่ายความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนความร่วมมือ การดำเนินงานตามแผนความร่วมมือ การนิเทศติดตามความร่วมมือ การประเมินความร่วมมือ และการนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุงความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ผลลัพธ์ ประกอบด้วย นักเรียน และครูผู้สอนภาษาจีน ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนเอกชน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนภาษาจีนมีความเห็นว่า มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
