รูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา

Abstract

This research used Research and Development methodology (R&D). The purposes were 1) to study the composition of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University of Ministry of Tourism and Sports. 2) to create and check the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports. And 3) to evaluate the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

The research process has 3 steps; 1) study the composition of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports by bringing the result to analyze and synthesize with related works and studies. The sampling group contained 4 schools, the information interview from 12 informants and data analysis from content analysis. 2) the creating and checking the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports by bringing the result from step 1 came to construct the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports and checking suitability of the model by using the focused group of 9 experts. And 3) the evaluation of the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University of Ministry, Tourism and Sports, evaluation the possibility of the model by useing the questionnaire asking about the opinions of the informants. The statistics for information analysis were Mean, Standard Deviation (S.D.) and the recommended analysis from content analysis.

The results of the research were as follows:

1) the model of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports comprised 11;1. trainer/sport specialist, 2. sports science, 3. place/equipment and facility, 4. budget, 5. organization management, 6. Practice, 7. Competition experience, 8. athlete selecting, 9. athlete readiness, 10. promotion, supporting and motivation and 11. interested person.

2) the evaluation of sport management for to be excellent in Thailand Sports School of Thailand National Sports University, Ministry of Tourism and Sports found that it is possible to follow the opinions of committee sports school’s agent and sports experts or trainers at a high – level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา 2. เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา 3. เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา โดยนำผลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ ร่วมกับเอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 4 โรงเรียน และการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 12 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา โดยการทำแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากผู้ให้ข้อมูล สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ประกอบด้วย 11 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ฝึกสอน/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญกีฬา 2) วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา 3) สถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 4) งบประมาณ 5) การบริหารจัดการองค์กร 6) การฝึกซ้อม 7) การจัดประสบการณ์ในการแข่งขัน 8) การคัดเลือกนักกีฬา 9) ความพร้อมของนักกีฬา 10) การส่งเสริม สนับสนุนและการจูงใจ 11) ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย

2. การประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในโรงเรียนกีฬา สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา พบว่ามีความเป็นไปได้ตามความคิดเห็นของตัวแทนคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนกีฬา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกีฬาหรือผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬา ที่ระดับมาก
