กลยุทธ์การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ Big Data และการลดต้นทุนในการบริหารคลังสินค้าอะไหล่รถบรรทุก: กรณีศึกษาร้านอะไหล่แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

This research studies the utilization of Big Data as a strategic and cost reduction tool in truck spare parts inventory management: A case study of a spare parts store in Kampaengphet province. The purpose of this study is to examine means of reducing costs and improving inventory management efficiency. In this paper, a case study of a spare parts store in Kampaengphet is considered.

The cost comparison analysis of its inventory management between the current approach of inventory management and Economic Order Quantity method (EOQ) has shown that the total costs of inventory management has been reduced by the implementation of EOQ method. It has been evident that EOQ can help manage and reduce the total costs of inventory management. EOQ considers the timing of reordering while simultaneously counting product quantities 30.44 percentage with a great degree of accuracy. Overall, this has resulted in cost reduction in inventory management of this particular spare parts shop in Kampaengphet. The study reveals that the strategy employed can be applicable and may determine more guidelines to truck parts store inventory management hereafter.

การศึกษาเรื่อง กลยุทธ์การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ Big Data และการลดต้นทุนในการบริหารคลังสินค้าอะไหล่รถบรรทุก:กรณีศึกษาร้านอะไหล่แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนและการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารคลังสินค้าของร้านอะไหล่แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่า จากการวิเคราะห์โดยการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการจัดการคลังสินค้าระหว่างวิธีการดำเนินการในปัจจุบันกับวิธีการสั่งซื้อที่ประหยัด พบว่า ในการบริหารคลังสำหรับสินค้า ทำให้ต้นทุนรวมในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังลดลงจากการใช้วิธีการดำเนินการในปัจจุบัน การนำวิธีการสั่งซื้อที่ประหยัด ช่วยลดต้นทุนรวมในการการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังได้ร้อยละ 30.44 และช่วยในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง นอกจากการกำหนดปริมาณการสั่งซื้อที่เหมาะสมแล้วยังต้องมีการตรวจนับสินค้าควบคู่ไปด้วยเพื่อให้เกิดความถูกต้องและแม่นยำ ทำให้การลดต้นทุนในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของร้านอะไหล่แห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำแนวทางไปประยุกต์ใช้และกำหนดกลยุทธ์การบริหารคลังอะไหล่รถบรรทุกได้ต่อไป
