Factors Influencing Health Behaviors on 3 Aor 2 Sor 1 Yor among Type 2 Diabetic Patients in Khanu Woraluksaburi District, Kampangphet Province

Abstract

This cross-sectional study aimed to study the level of health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor and factors influencing to health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor among type 2 diabetic patients in Khanu Woraluksaburi District, Kampangphet Province.The sample consisted of 400 type 2 diabetic patients who aged 20 years and over who enrolled to health promotion hospital in Khanu Woraluksaburi District, Kampangphet Province. Data were collected between September to December 2022. The tools used for data collection were attitude questinaire, health literacy, social support and health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor with reiabiity between 0.711 – 0.875. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple linear regression statistics.

The results showed that health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor at a high level. (x̅ = 3.77, S.D.= 0.48) The factors that predicted the health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor type 2 diabetic patients at statistically significant level 0.05 including health literacy (Beta = .304, p < 0.001), social support (Beta = .168, p < 0.001), attitude (Beta = .165, p = 0.001), gender (Beta = .111, p = 0.014), age (Beta = .106, p = 0.021). Together, they can predict the factors influencing to health behaviors on 3 aor 2 sor 1 yor among type 2 diabetic patients in Khanu Woraluksaburi District, Kampangphet Province. 21.6 percent.

Therefore health care providers or related organizations should focusing on health literacy , good attitude for disease and supporting closed person to improve care type 2 diabetic patients system by participate to take care for prevent complications of disease and quality of life and long leave of petients.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional study) เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไปที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์และมารับบริการสถานบริการสาธารณสุขของรัฐในเขตอำเภอขาณุวรลักษบุรี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 400 คน เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนกันยายน ถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2565 เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ทัศนคติ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ระหว่าง 0.711 – 0.875 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (x̅ = 3.77, S.D.= 0.48) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 อำเภอขาณุวรลักษบุรี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Beta = .304, p < 0.001) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (Beta = .168, p = 0.001) ทัศนคติ (Beta = .165, p = 0.001) เพศ (Beta = .111, p = 0.014) อายุ (Beta = .106, p = 0.021) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพตามหลัก 3 อ 2 ส 1 ย ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ได้ร้อยละ 21.6

ดังนั้น บุคลากรทางการแพทย์หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถพัฒนาระบบดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 โดยมุ่งเน้นความสำคัญของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อโรคเบาหวาน และสนับสนุนให้บุคคลใกล้ชิดมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนของโรค ตลอดจนผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีและมีชีวิตที่ยืนยาว
