ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนหญิง ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ในอำเภอขาณุวรลักษบุรี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

This cross-sectional research aimed to study an intention and factors affecting intention of premature pregnancy prevention among female high school students and vocational certificate students in Khanuworalaksaburi District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. A sample of 601 students were randomly selected by stratified and systematic sampling. A questionnaire created by the researcher was used for collecting data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, and stepwise multiple regression analysis at the significance level of 0.05.

The results revealed that the samples had mean score of intention of premature pregnancy prevention at a high level (x̅ = 28.21, S.D. = 5.55). Also, found that factors affecting intention of premature pregnancy prevention included subjective norm of premature pregnancy prevention, mental problems, grade point average, the perceived of self-efficacy of premature pregnancy prevention, age, and alcohol drinker. All of these factors could predict intention of premature pregnancy prevention among female high school students and vocational certificate students at 33.9%. Therefore, educational institutions should apply the results to for instructional design emphasizing content that creates a correct understanding of premature pregnancy prevention within school in order to be subjective norm. In addition, design activities that enhances self-efficacy skills, engage students in preventing their drinking behavior to prevent premature pregnancy. Public health agencies or relevant agencies in all sectors should be encouraged to have a mental clinic to provide counseling for female students in order to solve mental problems and prevent premature pregnancy.

การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความตั้งใจในการป้องกันครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ อำเภอขาณุวรลักษบุรี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 601 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และแบบระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับสูง (x̅ = 28.21,S.D. = 5.55) และพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ผลต่อความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ได้แก่ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ปัญหาที่กระทบต่อจิตใจ เกรดเฉลี่ย การรับรู้ความสามารถในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร อายุ และผู้ที่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความตั้งใจในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ร้อยละ 33.9 ดังนั้น หน่วยงานทางการศึกษา สามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยเน้นเนื้อหาที่สร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรภายในโรงเรียน เพื่อให้เกิดการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง รวมทั้งการออกแบบกิจกรรมที่เสริมสร้างทักษะการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมการดื่มสุราของนักเรียน เพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วน ควรได้รับการสนับสนุนให้มีคลินิกสุขภาพจิต เพื่อเป็นที่ปรึกษาปัญหาให้นักเรียน และป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร
