การศึกษาการจัดการโซ่อุปทานท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพบริเวณรอบอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

Sukhothai Historical Park is an important tourist destination and a center for tourists in Sukhothai Province. In addition, there are many Thai massage and spa around Sukhothai Historical Park, that can attract tourists. The Sukhothai Historical Park area can have the potential to develop a blended form of tourism that combines historical and wellness tourism. However, there is a lack of promotion for wellness tourism and a lack of awareness among external individuals currently. Therefore, the aims of this research are: 1) To study the wellness tourism supply chain; 2) To examine the satisfaction of tourists towards the components of wellness tourism management; and 3) To propose suggestions for promoting wellness tourism. In-depth interview data from relevant stakeholders and gathering tourist satisfaction data through questionnaires have been employed in this study. Then the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR model) is applied as a framework for the analysis and implementation of the wellness tourism supply chain of the Sukhothai Historical Park. The results show that overall of the components of wellness tourism management from tourists equate to high satisfaction (mean = 3.62, SD = 0.807). However, information flow in terms of before travel, the average satisfaction level is moderate (mean = 3.28, SD = 0.859). The in-depth interview data and questionnaire can be used to improve the wellness tourism supply chain in the Sukhothai Historical Park area. The SCOR Model can present suggestions for the tourism supply chain. Firstly, public relations of the wellness tourism activities for tourists. Secondly, improving the process of booking wellness tourism packages to enhance convenience for tourists.

อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัยเป็นจุดท่องเที่ยวสำคัญอีกทั้งยังเป็นศูนย์รวมนักท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดสุโขทัย ซึ่งในบริเวณรอบอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์สุโขทัยมีร้านนวดและสปาไทยซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่ได้รับความสนใจจากนักท่องเที่ยวเป็นอย่างมาก และพัฒนาให้เป็นการท่องเที่ยวแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพได้ แต่ปัจจุบันยังขาดการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ และขาดการดำเนินการรับรู้ของบุคคลภายนอก ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาโซ่อุปทานการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อองค์ประกอบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อีกทั้งรวบรวมข้อมูลระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวด้วยแบบสอบถาม และประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองอ้างอิงการดำเนินงานในโซ่อุปทาน (SCOR Model) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวมีเกณฑ์ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมองค์ประกอบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานที่ 3.62 และ 0.807 แต่ในด้านการไหลเวียนทางข้อมูลข่าวสาร (Information Flow) ก่อนการเดินทางภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานที่ 3.28 และ 0.859 ทั้งนี้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการรวบรวมแบบสอบถามสามารถนำมาประกอบการปรับปรุงโซ่อุปทานการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โดยผลการวิเคราะห์จาก SCOR Model พบว่า ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจการกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องแก่นักท่องเที่ยว และควรมีการลดขั้นตอนการจองแพคเกจท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว
