รูปแบบการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจราจร จากการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในกลุ่มนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยการขับเคลื่อนของสภานักเรียน ในจังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

The objective of this mix-methods research was to create a model for preventing motorcycle accidents among high school students through the proceedings of the student council in Sukhothai Province. The study was implemented in 3 phases. First, a study was performed on the situations and risk factors affecting motorcycle accidents through an in-depth interview and a questionnaire survey with 450 people. Data were analyzed with binary logistics regression at a statistical significance level of 0.05. Second, a model for preventing motorcycle accidents was created by drafting and confirming the model with a focus group discussion and content analysis. Third, assessment of the model for preventing motorcycle accidents was conducted through a meeting of seven experts on content analysis. The results were analyzed into mean and standard deviation. According to the study results in Phase 1, the components responsible for causing motorcycle accidents consisted of people, environment, road conditions, and motorcycles. The factors affecting traffic accidents among high school students included 11 variables at a statistical significance of 0.05. For the study results in Phase 2, the model for preventing motorcycle accidents included preparation, implementation, and assessment. The model was created by the student council using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle for four main factors including personal protection, environment protection, road protection, and motorcycle protection. For the study results in Phase 3, the mean of model assessment was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.51, S.D =0.61) whereas the four aspects were feasibility (x̄ = 4.51, S.D. = 0.53), utility (x̄ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.58), propriety (x̄ = 4.56, S.D. = 0.64), and accuracy (x̄ = 4.62, S.D. = 0.69).

การวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบ การป้องกัน อุบัติเหตุจราจรจากการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยการขับเคลื่อน ของสภานักเรียนในจังหวัดสุโขทัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัจจัยที่สงผลกับ การเกิดอุบัติเหตุจราจรด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็นและแบบสอบถามในกล่ม ประชาชนจำนวน 450 คน วิเคราะห์ด้วย Binary Logistic Regression 2) สร้างรูปแบบในการ ป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจราจรประกอบด้วยการยกร่างและ ยืนยันรูปแบบโดยใช้ การสนทนากล่ม วิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจรจร ด้วยการสัมมนาอิง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 ท่าน วิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัย ระยะที่ 1 พบว่า สถานการณ์การเกิดอุบัติเหตุจรจรจากรถจักรยานยนต์ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้านบุคคล สภาพแวดล้อม ถนนและรถจักรยานยนต์ พบปัจจัยที่ทำนายโอกาสเกิดอุบัติเหตุจราจรในนักเรียน มัยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 จำนวน 11ตัวแปร ระยะที่ 2 รูปแบบการป้องกัน ปัญหาอุบัติเหตุจราจร ประกอบด้วย 1) การเตรียมโดยการวางนโยบายสร้างทีม จัดทำแผน 2) การ ดำเนินงานใน10 กิจกรรมด้วยการนำ4 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 2.1 )การป้องกันด้านบุคคล 2.2) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม 2.3) ด้านถนน และ 2.4) ด้านรถจักรยานยนต์ รวมเป็น PREM Model สร้างความต่อเนื่องด้วยการพัฒนาเป็นวงรอบ Plan Do Check Act และ 3.การประเมินผล ระยะที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่ารูปแบบมีค่าเฉลี่ย มากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.51, S.D =0.61 แบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ความเป็นไปได้ (Feasibility) (x̄ = 4.51, S.D. = 0.53) ความเป็นประโยชน์ (Utility/) (x̄ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.58) ความเหมาะสม (Propriety) (x̄ = 4.56, S.D.= 0.64) ความ ถูกต้องครอบคลุม (Accuracy) (x̄ = 4.62, S.D. = 0.69)
