ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดื่มสุราเถื่อนของเกษตรกรตำบลหนองกุลา อำเภอบางระกำ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

Abstract

The purposes of this descriptive research were to study illicit alcohol drinking among agriculturist and to study factors affecting illicit alcohol drinking among agriculturist in Nongkula sub-district Bangrakam district Phitsanulok province. The 510 samples were selected by multi stages random sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and binary logistic regression analysis.

The result showed that the most agriculturist had ever drunk illicit alcohol 69.8 % and never drunk 30.2%. Finally, factors affecting the agriculturist ' illegal drinking with statistical significantly at 0.05 level were sex, education, income, disease severity perceived, practice barriers perceived, practical incentives, ancestors' illicit alcohol drinking, ritual , party and social activities participation.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดื่มสุราเถื่อนของเกษตรกร และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดื่มสุราเถื่อนของเกษตรกรตำบลหนองกุลา อำเภอบางระกำ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 510 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเชื่อมั่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เคยดื่มสุราเถื่อน ร้อยละ 69.8 และไม่เคยดื่มสุราเถื่อน ร้อยละ 30.2 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดื่มสุราเถื่อนของเกษตรกรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ เพศ การศึกษา รายได้ การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค การรับรู้อุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติ การดื่มสุราเถื่อนของบรรพบุรุษ พิธีกรรมเกี่ยวกับสุราเถื่อน การพบปะสังสรรค์และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคม
