การพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาในเด็กอายุ 1- 3 ปีโดยผู้ปกครองผ่านโมบายแอพพลิเคชั่น

Abstract

This mixed method research aimed to investigate the factors influencing parents’ behaviours to promote the language development of 1-3 years old with delayed language, to develop the model for promoting developmental language in childhood age 1-3 years by parents through mobile applications, and to study the effect of such model. The samples were the parents of childhood age 1-3 years with delayed language and the experts involved to promote language development in the 2nd Health Service Region.

The research methodology was divided into three phases. The first phase was to investigate the factors influencing parents’ behaviours to promote the language development of 1-3 years old with delayed language. The second phase was to develop the model for promoting developmental language in childhood age 1-3 years by parents through mobile applications. The third phase was to study the effect of the model on promoting developmental language in childhood age 1-3 years by parents through mobile applications. The instruments consisted of a questionnaire, a semi-structured interview, and the model developed. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, content analysis, multiple regression analysis and independent t-test.

The model for promoting developmental language in childhood age 1-3 years by parents through mobile applications consists of six components: 1) parents of childhood age 1-3 years with delayed language, 2) family, 3) community, 4) hospital or sub-district health promoting hospital, 5) mobile application content, and 6) mobile application features. The results found that the parents in experimental groups had a significantly higher mean score of behaviours to promote the language development of 1-3 year old with delayed language than before they utilized the mobile application (p-value < 0.05).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก พัฒนารูปแบบ และศึกษาผลการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาในเด็กอายุ 1-3 ปี โดยผู้ปกครองผ่านโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองเด็กอายุ 1- 3 ที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าด้านภาษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้องในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ในจังหวัดเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 2

ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาในผู้ปกครองและปัญหา ความต้อง การในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาเด็กอายุ 1-3 ปี ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาในเด็กอายุ 1-3 ปีโดยผู้ปกครองผ่านโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน และระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาในเด็กอายุ 1-3 ปี โดยผู้ปกครองผ่านโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสอบถามเชิงกึ่งโครงสร้าง และรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ และสถิติ Indepent t-test

รูปแบบแบบการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาเด็กอายุ 1-3 ปีโดยผู้ปกครองผ่านโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ปกครองเด็กอายุ1-3 ปีที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าด้านภาษา 2) ครอบครัว 3) ชุมชน 4) โรงพยาบาล /โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล 5) เนื้อหาโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน และ 6) คุณลักษณะโมบายแอพพลิเคชัน หลังใช้แอพพลิชันกลุ่มทดลองมีพฤติกรรม การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านภาษาที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น และแตกต่างก่อนใช้แอพพลิเคชันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
