การพัฒนาระบบแนะนำการส่งออกสินค้าของประเทศไทย : กรณีศึกษาผลไม้สด

Abstract

Most area of Thailand has been utilized by the agricultural sector. This leads Thailand to a high total value of agriculture export. Due to the high total value of agriculture export, fresh fruits are the one kind of agricultural product that has been demanded by other countries. Based on this reason, the export of fresh fruits is taken attention by the entrepreneurs i.e., traders and agriculturists. Although the export of fresh fruits is interesting for the entrepreneurs, some entrepreneurs still are not familiar with the exporting procedures due to the complexity of the procedures, lack of knowledge related to exporting fresh fruits, especially agriculturists. They cannot export their agricultural product directly. Therefore, an approach for the recommendation system of exporting fresh fruits is developed in this research. Ontological Engineering has been applied to the recommendation system for helping entrepreneurs who are lack knowledge of exporting fresh fruits. The recommendation system in this research is the semantic search system that enhances the process of searching and recommending the information and documents to be more precise and entirety. The related information has been investigated for conducting domain of knowledge based on the Ontological Engineering, which consist of the type of laws and regulation of export, exporting procedures, mode of transportation, and storage method for fresh fruit transportation. Then the Ontology Application Management Framework (OAM) has linked the domain of knowledge with the database of exporting fresh fruits. The evaluation of the supporting system has been computed by using the value of Efficiency Measurement (F-Measure), the result of the evaluation shows that the average value of precision, recall, and F-measure of the recommendation system for the fresh fruits exporting are equal to 97.11%, 99.12%. and 97.65%. Moreover, the evaluation of satisfaction for the recommendation system by the representative samples showed a high level of appropriateness (mean 4.22, SD =0.59). The supporting system can apply the domain of knowledge with the database as the search engine efficiently.

พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศไทยถูกใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านเกษตรกรรม จึงส่งผลให้การส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรเป็นรายได้หลักของประเทศ ผลไม้สดเป็นหนึ่งในประเภทสินค้าเกษตรที่เป็นความต้องการจากประเทศต่างๆ ในสัดส่วนค่อนข้างสูง ส่งผลให้การส่งออกผลไม้สดเป็นอีกช่องทางหนึ่งที่ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้ประกอบการรวมทั้ง พ่อค้า และเกษตรกร แม้ว่าการส่งออกผลไม้สดจะเป็นที่สนใจสำหรับเพิ่มช่องทางในการขายผลผลิตของผู้ประกอบการรายใหม่ และเกษตรกร แต่กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการรายใหม่ และเกษตรกรยังขาดองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับการส่งออกผลไม้สดจึงส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถดำเนินการส่งออกผลผลิตได้ด้วยตนเอง ดังนั้นงานวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาระบบแนะนำการส่งออกผลไม้สด โดยประยุกต์ฐานความรู้ออนโทโลยีการส่งออกผลไม้สด เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการรายใหม่ และเกษตรกรสามารถเข้าใจกระบวนการส่งออกผลไม้สด ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้มีการศึกษา ทบทวน และรวบรวม ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการส่งออกผลไม้สดที่ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลขั้นตอนการส่งออก เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง กฎหมายกฎระเบียบ ประเทศปลายทางที่นำเข้าผลไม้สด ประเภทธุรกิจการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ และรูปแบบการขนส่งผลไม้สด รวมถึงการเก็บรักษาผลไม้สดระหว่างการส่งออก เพื่อนำมาประกอบการพัฒนาฐานความรู้ออนโทโลยีด้วยโปรแกรม Hozo-ontology Editor ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ในการสนับสนุนการใช้งานในลักษณะการสืบค้นเชิงความหมายในรูปแบบของภาษา OWL (Web Ontology Language) และทำการเชื่อมโยงกับฐานข้อมูล (Data Base) โดยใช้ระบบจัดการโปรแกรมประยุกต์ฐานความรู้ออนโทโลยี (Ontology Application Management Framework : OAM) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเมื่อทำการทดสอบการค้นคืนของฐานความรู้ออนโทโลยีการส่งออกผลไม้สด โดยใช้ค่าประสิทธิภาพโดยรวม (F-measure) เป็นเกณฑ์วัดผลประสิทธิภาพการค้นคืนสารสนเทศมีค่าความแม่นยำ (Precision) เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 97.11 % ค่าระลึก (Recall) เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 99.12 % และค่าประสิทธิภาพการค้นคืนโดยรวม (F-measure) เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 97.65 % ในส่วนของการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายพบว่ามีระดับความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.22 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.59
