ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed to study the prevention behavior of coronavirus disease 2019 and factors affecting the prevention behavior of coronavirus disease 2019 among village health volunteers, Sukhothai Province. The sample consisted of 394 people. The questionnaire consisted of coronavirus disease 2019 knowledge test, attitude test, social support, perception in the intensity of the coronavirus disease 2019, perception in the risk related to the coronavirus disease 2019, perception in the benefit related to coronavirus disease 2019, perception in the barriers related to the coronavirus disease 2019. and the prevention behavior of coronavirus disease 2019. The reliability values were more than 0.70. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, maximum value, minimum value, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results of the study showed that most of the sample groups had the prevention behavior of coronavirus disease 2019 at the highest level 89.6% and factors affecting had the prevention behavior of coronavirus disease 2019 were gender (p-value = 0.038), social support (p-value < 0.001), perception in the risks related to the coronavirus disease 2019 (p-value < 0.001) and perception in the benefit related of the coronavirus disease 2019 (p-value <0.001). The results of this study can be used as a guideline to promote correct disease prevention behaviors for the village health volunteers and to be an effective model for the community.

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 394 คน แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 แบบวัดทัศนคติ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ความรุนแรงเกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงเกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การรับรู้ประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การรับรู้อุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นมากกว่า 0.70 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ89.60 และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ได้แก่ เพศ (p-value = 0.038) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (p-value < 0.001) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (p-value < 0.001) และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (p-value < 0.001) ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคที่ถูกต้องให้แก่

อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และให้เป็นแบบอย่างให้กับชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
