ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของเกษตรกรชายชาวไร่ยาสูบ จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with the purpose 1) to study the smoking behavior of male tobacco plantation farmers in Sukhothai province 2) to study the factors affecting the smoking of male tobacco farmers in Sukhothai province. The population in this study, using a calculation the sample method in the study more than or equal to 30 times of the predictive variables number, and resulted in a sample were 480 peoples. The stratified random sampling method is used by random the sub-district at first, followed by random villages and household respectively, and divided samples according to the proportion of the study area. The instrument used in this research and data analytics by used percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple binary logistic regression. Obtained background information for the study of the smoking problem of male tobacco farmers.

The result of the research shows that the most of the male farmers of the tobacco farmers sample groups in Sukhothai province were aged 46-50 years is 24. And had narital status were 88 .1 percent, The most period of being a tobacco farmer are 6-10 years old with 37.9 percent of them. The average of tobacco farmer is 13.47 years. 89.0 percent of them being the tobacco growing laborers, the most farmers grow Burley tobacco with 90.4 percent of them. The most farmer collected the dried tobacco leaves was 81.2 percent. The samples had alcohol drinking behaviors 38.9 percent in important traditional events. The samples had smoking behaviors 46.7 percent. For the factors that affect the smoking behavior of male tobacco farmers in Sukhothai province is a study of tobacco farming status, tobacco harvesting locations, alcohol drinking behavior, having colleagues who smoke, smoking attitude, awareness of knowing smoking effects, and stress. Able to explain the variation of the dependent variable namely smoking behavior with 65.4 percent

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของเกษตรกรชายชาวไร่ยาสูบในจังหวัดสุโขทัย 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสูบบุหรี่ของเกษตรกรชายชาวไร่ยาสูบในจังหวัดสุโขทัย ประชากร คือ เกษตรกรชายชาวไร่ยาสูบจังหวัดสุโขทัย การคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 30 เท่าของจำนวนตัวแปรทำนายได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 480 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นโดยสุ่มตำบลก่อน ตามด้วยการสุ่มหมู่บ้านและหลังคาเรือน และแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการกระจายตามสัดส่วนของประชากรในพื้นที่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก ได้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการศึกษาปัญหาการสูบบุหรี่ของเกษตรกรชายชาวไร่ยาสูบ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่อายุ 46 -5 0 ปี ร้อยละ 24.2 สถานภาพสมรสร้อยละ 88 .1 ระยะการเป็นชาวไร่ยาสูบมากที่สุดคือ ช่วง 6-10 ปี ร้อยละ 37.9 การเป็นชาวไร่ยาสูบเฉลี่ยคือ 13.47 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้รับจ้างทำไร่ยาสูบร้อยละ 89.0 ทำยาสูบชนิดเบอร์เลย์มากที่สุดร้อยละ 90.4 การเก็บใบยาสูบตากแห้งร้อยละ 81.2 พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เฉพาะงานประเพณีสำคัญต่าง ๆ ร้อยละ 38.9 ผลความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.27 พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 46.7 สำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสูบบุหรี่ คือ การศึกษา สถานะทำไร่ยาสูบ สถานที่เก็บใบยาสูบ พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ มีเพื่อนร่วมงานสูบบุหรี่ ทัศนคติการสูบบุหรี่ การรับรู้ผลกระทบการสูบบุหรี่

และความเครียด สามารถร่วมอธิบายความผันแปรของตัวแปรตาม คือ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ ร้อยละ 65.4
